Colombia Music Tours is a trade name/DBA operated by Musical Getaways LLC. Travelers participating in a Colombia Music Tours journey may be required to complete an electronic traveler acknowledgment and waiver before departure.

Why we use a separate waiver

Music and cultural travel can include walking tours, transportation, dancing, festivals, markets, nightlife, rural or community visits and other activities that involve ordinary travel risks. A separate acknowledgment gives travelers a clear place to review the responsibilities and risks that apply to participation before the trip.

What travelers should expect to review

Depending on the journey, the electronic document may address voluntary participation, personal responsibility, health and mobility considerations, transportation and activity risks, conduct, emergency decisions and other trip-specific matters. The exact signed language controls.

Relationship to our booking terms

The traveler waiver is separate from our Terms & Conditions, proposal, invoice and itinerary. Those documents should be read together. A trip-specific signed document may contain additional provisions that apply to that particular departure.
